Meng Teck, the co-founder of SalesControl.ai was running a stocks investment education program for the last 9 years+ before starting the company.

And one of the biggest challenge of the education company is that they need to contact hundreds of registrants for their free training each week. And there is a system to what they do as in what to send on day 1, 2, 3 as well as guidelines on some frequently asked questions.

What was traditionally done was, his customer service agent would need to save each registrant's whatsapp number & send them the template messages because this boosts the attendance & conversion rate significantly. They will answer need to reply to each queries manually. This bring few challenges :
1. Half the time of work is spent saving phone number in the phone so they can send them Whatsapp messages.
2. Sometimes the number get blocked due to contacting too many people with the same message.
3. The customer service agent do not get fulfillment out of doing repetitive tasks. (saving number & forwarding message). Plus, they need to remember which lead should receive which message.
4. When it comes to webinar start time, the message forwarding can still take 15-30 minutes! (Imagine message to be forwarded to 500-1000 contacts at 8pm)
5. When it comes to sales time, they get overwhelmed with many sales queries and they take 1-2 hours before they can finish replying. Leading to slow reply to some of the potential buyers.

Meng Teck believe all these problem can be solved using software, by using scheduled message in an automation & LLMs that's properly trained, sort of like creating an AI agent.
