Who We Are
Samchem Holdings Berhad is a leading industrial chemical distributor in Malaysia and Southeast Asia, established in 1989. The company distributes a wide range of chemicals, including polyurethane, intermediate, and specialty chemicals, and has expanded its business into distributing audio and visual products and Shell lubricants across Malaysia. Samchem also offers technical support through its Technical & Development (T&D) division, which provides resources from multinational producers to end-use customers, particularly SMEs in emerging ASEAN economies. The company is listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia and emphasizes corporate governance, transparency, and consistent communication with stakeholders.
