Our Story
About Us
Sern Kou Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based company engaged in the manufacturing of wooden and metal furniture, as well as the processing and trading of timber and related products. The company exports its products to various countries, including Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, the USA, the UK, and Europe. It operates as both an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) and an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), providing customized and standard-designed products. The company was incorporated in 2000 and is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Our Culture
The Group’s plywood manufacturing operations are housed in the same plant as our Gua Musang sawmill. We manufacture waterproof tropical hardwood and rubberwood plywood. As part of our efforts to reduce wastage and as a responsible corporate citizen, we use recycled wood materials to manufacture plywood, which are then supplied to mainly customers from the local construction industry.
