Our Story

Founded in 2009, Setia Pegun Sdn Bhd was established to meet the rapidly growing demand for specialized, high-quality industrial building construction in Malaysia. Over the years, we have evolved from a focused builder into a full-service civil engineering and construction main contractor, recognized for our ability to deliver complex factories and large-scale warehouse facilities. 

We don't just manage projects; we build them from the ground up using our own robust, internal fleet of heavy machinery, specialized cranes, and logistical equipment. This structural self-reliance allows us to maintain total operational control and ensure precision from breaking ground to final delivery.
