Our Story
Who We Are
Incorporated in 1994 as Iklim Sinar Sdn Bhd, the company underwent several name changes—becoming Sinmah Resources, then Farm’s Best Berhad—before adopting its current name in June 2017. Originally founded with roots in poultry breeding and integrated farming, Sinmah gradually divested from its poultry and healthcare-related businesses between 2019 and 2022.
Today, Sinmah Capital is fully dedicated to property development, with a portfolio that includes projects such as Gambir Perdana (a mixed residential and commercial development), Tanjung Minyak (terrace houses), and Laman Lentera (shop offices and terrace houses). Through these developments, the company continues to pursue its goal of providing sustainable, quality homes and vibrant communities for Malaysians.
