Partnered with Allianz General Insurance, we provide an accessible and secure home rental platform for landlords and tenants. With SPEEDHOME, landlords can secure their property with Allianz General Insurance up to RM42,000, making way for our infamous Zero Deposit scheme.

In 2019, we started a new chapter - as SPEEDHOME!

SPEEDHOME has since exceeded 100,000+ downloads, 25,000+ property listing, and 250+ chat enquiries on a daily basis. What started out as a simple wish to help others have now transformed into a unique selling point that has the power to eliminate mandatory security + utility deposits, both of which has no place in today's world.

Another innovation worth noting is our work in reducing rental defaults by up to 70% via background checks and filtering credit scores for all tenants keen on using SPEEDHOME to rent a place.
