STRAT369 Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (previously known as StrategyPlus Framework Sdn. Bhd.)  is a boutique management consulting firm. The firm was founded in 2016 by Mr. YK Chin and Mr. William Nyam. Both were formerly from the Big 4 Assurance, Taxation and Advisory firm in Malaysia. YK Chin retired from the firm in 2020. William Nyam continues to helm the firm with key principals in specific areas expertise and services. 

The firm started with focus in the Water sector. Overtime, it established itself into three-(3) main sector covering Infrastructure and Governments, Agrobusiness and Technology-based companies. Today, STRAT369 Consulting works with leaders in government, business and society to respond strategically to their most important challenges, capture their greatest opportunities and being pragmatic with the implementation of the solutions.

STRAT369 Consulting works with the leaders to strategically respond to survive and be a market disruptor to lead.
