Who We Are & Why We Exist
The company was founded by Meera Maniar, a former corporate consultant turned neuroscience-informed coach working at the intersection of human behaviour, leadership, and real-world performance. Superstate conducts experiential learning training and workshops to help individuals/teams understand themselves better, enhancing their thought processes, decision-making, and actions through science and personal experience.
Right now, Superstate is in its early growth phase. That means you’re not stepping into a polished corporate machine; you’re stepping into something being built intentionally, with clarity and depth.
