At Swift Coffee, we’re reimagining how specialty coffee is served in Subang Jaya. By combining an innovative coffee-on-tap system with our own in-house roasting, we strip away repetitive mechanical bottlenecks so we can focus on what actually matters: dialed-in extraction, insane speed and consistency, genuine human hospitality, and relentless menu experimentation.

 We need an enterprising coffee craftsperson and floor leader—someone who respects the bean, questions old cafe rules, loves fine-tuning workflows, and wants to build something fresh alongside the founders.

 We exist to challenge the boundaries of modern coffee without taking ourselves too seriously. We want to open minds to unexpected possibilities—proving that coffee isn't limited to dark roasts or bitter profiles, but can taste vibrant, surprising, and indulgent, right down to seasonal creations like a strawberry cheesecake latte. Just as importantly, our work environment is built on natural mutual respect, not rigid pressure or forced enthusiasm.
