Incorporated in 1985 as a private limited company having successfully completed several landmark projects, Taman Ekar Sdn Bhd has established itself as one of Negeri Sembilan's longest property developers specializing in building quality, affordable homes. With a mission on exceeding our client's expectations, we create homes that stand the test of time and built withh purpose and passion, Taman Ekar Sdn Bhd has completed an estimated 45,000 units of mixed developments worth GDV of RM390 million and is still expending its current and future developments.

Efforts to reduce the costs of housing are crucial to lower house prices towards a more affordable level. High construction costs remain one of the largest barriers towards wide-scale provision of affordable housing where costs such as construction materials, labour, compliance and land could reach up to 80% of house prices according to the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia. Therefore, house prices remain on an upwards trend and affordability continues to elude the market despite a challenging economic climate. This problem remains one of the most challenging issues faced by our current government. However, we recognize housing as a basic necessity for all Malaysians and in this challenging economic climate, we strive hard make housing affordable without sacrificing quality. We also work closely with government entities to meet these initiatives and goals. This is exemplified through our latest project, Panchor 8 with Perumahan Penjawat Awam Malaysia (PPAM).
