We are a Malaysian boutique outsourcing supplier focusing on Global Business Services.

Our clients are mainly Multi-national Corporations (MNC) that set up their global shared service centres in Malaysia and we are supporting them by supplying or sourcing skilled resources in IT, Accounting, HR, Procurement, Marketing and various commercial functions.

For the past 15 years, the globalization has brought in business opportunities as well as international competitors. Nevertheless, we have been successful in winning Master Service Agreements for long term projects by contending against various competitors from UK, Australia, Germany, India and Singapore.

The Company was incorporated in May 1994 as a consulting firm and had been involved in several SAP implementations. Between 2002 and 2003, the Company partnered with a local system integrator to market SAP ERP solutions to the local small and medium-sized Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies.  

Adaptability has become the core driver for our business operations and sustainability. Since Jul 2004, we have transformed our business model from the SAP consultancy to the current asset-light organization. In the same year, the Company also set up a related company Agensi Pekerjaan Techsap Sdn Bhd for the recruitments of the permanent staffs for the clients and enjoys the synergy of businesses. Agensi Pekerjaan Techsap Sdn Bhd is a licensed private employment agency and is subjected to the legislative controls. The Company has uninterrupted successes of renewing the license annually and is subjected to monitoring from the Ministry of Human Resources.

Due to our one stop approach in supply the skilled professionals, Recruitment and Talent Acquisitions have become part of our core businesses. Majority of our customers work with us to kick off their projects, e.g. setting up new Technology Competence Centres, new call centres, and etc.
