Who We Are

Telexpress Contact Centre Sdn. Bhd. is a customer relationship management (CRM) service provider established in 2001, offering services across Asia Pacific, including Malaysia, Taiwan, China, and the Philippines. 

The company operates over 2,000 agent seats across seven sites, managing outsourcing services for premium clients worldwide. In 2013, Telexpress established its South Asia Operations Center in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, to provide comprehensive service coverage in the region.
