Our Story

Empowering Children Through Individualised, Evidence-Based Care

  • The Milestone Academy (TMA) was founded by a team of passionate therapists who envision a place where children with special needs and developmental delays build the skills they need to thrive in school and everyday life.
  • We provide individualised 1:1 therapy for children with autism, learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges, using evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Each programme is curated based on the child’s needs and developmental level. 
  • At TMA, we believe in empowering children with practical skills for greater independence at home, in school, and within the community. Our team culture values collaboration, continuous learning, and genuine care, for both the children we serve and the professionals who grow with us.

  • The Milestone Academy (TMA) maintains a structured, supportive, and collaborative work environment for Behaviour Interventionists/ Therapists, including fresh graduates beginning their professional careers. Teamwork, guidance, and open communication are core values within the organisation.
  • Interventionists/Therapists will receive hands-on clinical exposure, ongoing training, and opportunities to develop practical skills in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). Professionalism, patience, and a strong commitment to continuous learning are highly valued.
