The Timber Space PLT

We host corporate events, training sessions, workshops and private celebrations across five spaces, alongside OASIS, our coworking community, and an in-house coffee bar.

We built the space around a simple idea: a venue should feel warm, calm and considered, not like a function room. Everything from the timber interiors to the greenery to the coffee is there to make the day feel effortless for whoever is hosting it.

We are a small, hands-on team. You will work directly with the founder, with no layers in between, and you will see the impact of your work the same week you do it.

We believe in clear systems over guesswork. You will be given written processes, templates and tools for everything, so you always know what good looks like and you are never left guessing. If something is not covered, we would rather you ask than improvise.

Expect variety. No two event days look the same, and you will move between hosting guests, solving problems on the floor and getting things done at a desk.

What matters most to us: showing up on time, following through on what you said you would do, and caring about the details — a straightened chair, a clean counter, a fast reply.
