TQS Konsult PLT has its roots in a vision that began nearly three decades ago. Founded in 1996 by Mr. Tan Kai Hua as TQS Konsult — a sole proprietorship based in Petaling Jaya — the firm was built on a simple but powerful belief: that great quantity surveying is about delivering real value, not just numbers. 

In 2024, that vision grew. Sr. Ng Ooi Seong joined partnership and TQS Konsult was reborn as TQS Konsult PLT, a registered Limited Liability Partnership that brings together decades of experience with fresh energy and expanded capability.

We are a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Construction Cost Consultant firm offering the full spectrum of QS services — from feasibility studies and budgetary estimates to cost planning, value engineering, tenderer prequalification, tender documentation, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts. Whether it's a high-rise residential development, a resort, or an infrastructure project, we bring precision, expertise, and genuine care to every job — guided by a commitment to excellence, integrity, and sustainability.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of contributing to some notable projects across Malaysia, including Arte Solaris, Arte Mont Kiara, Arte Ampang, Millerz Square, Scarletz Suites, Mossaz, PDMC's Area 21 @ Balakong Jaya, Gaya Resort Homes, The Iresidence Condo, The Enclave, and Urbana Residences by Weida — among many more.
