Transact2 was formed with the mission to "provide Practical, Reliable & Affordable business solution for back office operational needs". A solution that can grow with the company as the company's direction changes, as the company expands and as the company diversifies.

Our Culture
"Know your responsibilities" is the most common phrase you can hear in Transact2. Our team members are given a lots of freehand in their work. Ideas sharing and brainstorming form part of our routines at work. Open concept office, flexible working arrangements and casual dress code are what we practice. 

In Transact2, we stress a lot on teamwork. Guidance, assistance and support are among the elements we shared a lot here, with participation from everyone, including the owners. 

Our people are encouraged to broaden their skill horizon here with plenty of opportunities given to learn and explore. We treasure and emphasize on full stack engineers with exposure and experience in all aspects, in all our solution offerings. This further strengthens the team in supporting each other as well as customers. 

The company is supportive of the continuous learning initiative. Team member can always join workshop or take up courses which help and add value to the works.
