Established in 1991 as a joint venture between IBM Global Network Services and Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM), it is now a wholly owned subsidiary of TM. VADS offers services such as Business Process Outsourcing, Value Added Services, and IT Services, integrating people, processes, and technologies to enhance the use of information technology and communication. Their offerings include Contact Center Outsourcing, Transaction Process Outsourcing, Human Capital Management, Facilities and Technologies Outsourcing, and Knowledge Process Outsourcing.
