Who We Are
WCE Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the construction, management, and tolling of highway operations.
It focuses on the West Coast Expressway Project, a 316-kilometer highway connecting Banting in Selangor to Taiping in Perak, through its 80%-owned subsidiary, West Coast Expressway Sdn Bhd. The company also offers construction contracting, project management services, and maintenance services for toll collection systems, traffic control, and surveillance systems.
