Multifield, a Hong Kong-based property firm founded in the early 1980s, boasts a robust portfolio spanning property investment, development, management, and agency services. Multifield International Holdings Ltd was later listed on the Hong Kong Main Board in 1998. Leveraging its Hong Kong roots, Multifield swiftly excelled in acquiring and developing commercial and residential properties.
The Group's Hong Kong portfolio has steadily grown over the years. Drawing from this invaluable experience, Multifield expanded its successful property investments to Zhuhai, Shanghai, and Malaysia. The introduction of the Windsor Renaissance Concept offers luxury, world-class hotel service, and corporate housing, managing prestigious villas, townhouses, and apartments in Shanghai.
Multifield International Holdings Ltd operates as a fully integrated property group with five core businesses:

The Group's quality investment property portfolio ensures steady recurring income, while prime development sites in Hong Kong, China and Malaysia promise future revenue.
