Who We Are
YTL Hospitality REIT is a Malaysian real estate investment trust focused on owning and investing in hospitality assets, primarily hotels, to provide stable cash distributions to its unitholders. It was established in 2005 and is managed by Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd with Maybank Trustees Berhad as the trustee. The REIT's portfolio includes a mix of business and luxury hotels in various locations, both in Malaysia and internationally.
