Job Description

• Manage organic and paid marketing campaigns to meet our goals across the board. 
• Take ownership of marketing metrics that matter to the business, including those related to acquisition, activation, retention, churn, lifetime value, and revenue. 
• Establish KPIs for yourself, and the rest of your team, in line with the company’s goals. 
• Analyse large amounts of data, and generate meaningful insights that we can use to drive our marketing campaigns. 
• Work closely with the people who build our products, to identify new ideas and opportunities. 
• Show us what we must do to grow the business, in terms of brand awareness, product development, and all revenue generating activities. 
• Roll up your sleeves to get the job done, whenever necessary.

Job Requirements

• High-level strategic, creative, and analytical thinking that leads to actionable tactics and results. 
• Advanced hands-on experience with Google’s data and marketing analytics suite of products. 
• You must know AdWords, Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager inside out. 
• Extensive technical expertise of online marketing activities, tools, and best practices. 
• This includes SEO, A/B testing, UX, CRO, content marketing, affiliate marketing, and funnel optimisation. 
• Strong people, project, and time management skills to direct large marketing campaigns from start to finish. 
• Experience of market research tools, and methods to distil key consumer insights. 
• Keen interest in existing and emerging marketing technology, trends, and media channels. 
• Significant experience working with investment products, online gaming platforms, or financial services. 
• Prior experience in the Forex industry would be a huge plus.
