Hey! We’re 10 Eleven Branding Co, a creative agency that helps healthcare and corporate brands communicate clearly and make a lasting impression. From personal branding and content strategy to video production and social media, we bring creativity, trust, and professionalism to everything we do.

We’re looking for a Social Media Account Assistant Intern to join our team. This is your chance to get real hands-on experience managing social media accounts, planning content, and creating engaging posts. You will help with content planning, script writing, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and assisting in managing clients, all while learning how to maintain a brand’s voice and grow its online presence.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage social media accounts across different platforms
• Assist in content planning and creating posts
• Help with script writing for videos and social content
• Schedule posts and monitor engagement
• Support the team in brainstorming ideas for campaigns 
• Assist in managing clients, including communication and reporting
• Learn the ins and outs of running social media for real clients
   

Job Requirements

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or social media scheduling apps
• Creative, curious, and eager to learn
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Can work well in a team and take initiative on your own
• Studying or recently finished a Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or similar 
• Must be able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu; Chinese is a plus
