Internship Opportunities — 103 Coffee

At 103 Coffee, we are more than just a specialty coffee brand — we are passionate about creating meaningful coffee experiences, nurturing creativity, and bridging the gap between specialty coffee and everyday coffee drinkers.

Founded in 2014, 103 Coffee has grown from a passionate café concept into a recognized specialty coffee brand with award-winning experience, in-house roasting, training, and multiple café locations across Klang Valley. We are constantly moving forward, exploring new ideas, and building a community driven by craftsmanship, innovation, and people.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns who are eager to gain real-world exposure in the Food & Beverage and specialty coffee industry.

What You’ll Learn

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Assist team members in assigned departments and projects
• Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns or events
• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality experience
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and internal communication
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, customer experience, and team efficiency
• Maintain professionalism and positive attitude at all times

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Internship duration of minimum 3 months
• Students or fresh graduates from any relevant field are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, creativity, and people
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player mindset
• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
