Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
• Assist team members in assigned departments and projects
• Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns or events
• Deliver excellent customer service and hospitality experience
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and internal communication
• Contribute ideas to improve workflow, customer experience, and team efficiency
• Maintain professionalism and positive attitude at all times

• Internship duration of minimum 3 months
• Students or fresh graduates from any relevant field are encouraged to apply
• Passionate about coffee, hospitality, creativity, and people
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team player mindset
• Good communication skills in English and/or Mandarin is an added advantage
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
