Job Description

 Hiring Locations: APW Bangsar, Sri Petaling, Chow Kit KL, IOI Rio Puchong, Desa ParkCity Kepong

Support daily kitchen operations at 103 Coffee by preparing ingredients and food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring food is prepared according to the company's quality and SOP standards.

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
• Ensure food quality, freshness and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and kitchen areas.
• Follow food safety, storage, labelling, FIFO/FEFO and shelf-life requirements.
• Monitor preparation and stock levels and inform the Kitchen PIC of shortages.
• Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients properly.
• Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties.
• Work closely with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and support other kitchen stations when required.
• Participate in OJT, training and competency assessments.

Job Requirements

• Kitchen/F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions and SOPs.
• Good teamwork, discipline and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage
• High demand for personal flexibility.
• Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational needs.
