103 Coffee was founded in 2014 on the vision to establish a cafe forever grounded to specialty coffee. Being one of the pioneers to specialty coffee in Malaysia, our journey was not a clear one. Nevertheless, each cup we brought forward daily led us to the growth of our passionate team, as did our confidence to compete in tournaments.

Creating Memorable Customer Experiences

Support daily kitchen operations at 103 Coffee by preparing ingredients and food, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring food is prepared according to the company's quality and SOP standards.

<li>Prepare ingredients and mise en place for daily operations.</li>
<li>Prepare and cook food according to recipes, portioning and presentation standards.</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, freshness and consistency.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment and kitchen areas.</li>
<li>Follow food safety, storage, labelling, FIFO/FEFO and shelf-life requirements.</li>
<li>Monitor preparation and stock levels and inform the Kitchen PIC of shortages.</li>
<li>Minimise food wastage and handle ingredients properly.</li>
<li>Complete opening, closing and cleaning duties.</li>
<li>Work closely with the BOH and FOH teams to ensure smooth service.</li>
<li>Follow instructions from supervisors and support other kitchen stations when required.</li>
<li>Participate in OJT, training and competency assessments.</li>
</ul>

• Prep ingredients, cook to recipes, plate to standards; manage stock, hygiene.
• Five Klang Valley locations: APW Bangsar, Sri Petaling, Chow Kit, IOI Rio Puchong, Desa ParkCity.
• OJT, training &amp; competency assessments; work with BOH/FOH!

• Sediakan bahan, masak ikut resipi, kawal kualiti, jaga kebersihan dan patuh SOP.
• Rangkaian kafe di beberapa lokasi Klang Valley.
• Peluang latihan OJT, penilaian kompetensi dan pengalaman stesen untuk berkembang!
