• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Manage daily operations of online platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement digital campaigns (key account, social media, affiliate).
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, conversion, and customer behavior to optimize results.
• Ensure smooth order fulfillment, logistics, and after-sales service.
• Lead and guide the e-commerce team to deliver business objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to stay ahead.
• Develop partnerships with marketplaces and third-party vendors to expand reach.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and seamless user experience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–5 years) in managing e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Ads).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
