Job Description

Role Overview

The Accounts & Admin Intern will support the finance and administration team in handling day-to-day accounting tasks, financial documentation, and office administrative operations. This role provides hands-on experience in basic accounting processes, financial record keeping, and office administration in a fast-paced technology environment.

You will work closely with the finance and HR teams to ensure smooth financial and administrative workflows. 

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Support

  • Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and payment documentation.
  • Support the team in data entry and updating accounting records.
  • Help track expenses, reimbursements, and payment schedules.
  • Assist with monthly financial documentation and reconciliation tasks.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general office administrative support such as document filing and record management.
  • Assist in coordinating office supplies and internal administrative processes.
  • Support scheduling, meeting arrangements, and internal coordination when required.

Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with finance and HR teams to support daily administrative and financial tasks.
  • Assist with special projects or operational tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation
