 Job Scope:

1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling

• Conduct cold calls to HR, L&D, and department heads to introduce training programs.
• Follow up with leads from email campaigns, social media ads, and events.
• Qualify prospects by gathering key information (e.g., training needs, HRDC status, decision-making timeline).
• Schedule meetings for the business development team.
• Update lead sheets with call logs and follow-up actions.

1. Social Media & Content Support

• Assist in creating and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Design visual content using Canva.
• Create short video content and after-training summary videos (using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools) to highlight key takeaways and promote programs.
• Write short captions, blurbs, and promotional content for training programs.

3.Campaign & Email Marketing

• Support in drafting and sending email campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, lead responses).
• Maintain contact lists and assist with audience segmentation.

4.Admin & Training Support

• Help prepare training materials for workshops.
• Assist in the smooth delivery of physical or virtual training sessions.

Job Requirements

•  Ideal for students or recent graduates in Broadcasting, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
•  Strong communication and teamwork skills
•  Creative and confident in creating engaging content, especially video-based
•  Basic video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.)
•  Experience or interest in managing social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
•  Positive attitude and willingness to learn
•  Interest in training, facilitation, and people development
•  Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
•  Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
