Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, creative and friendly E-Commerce Intern who can support our daily sales, customer service, content creation and fulfillment tasks. If you love beauty, enjoy talking to people, and want to learn how a real brand runs behind the scenes, this role is for you.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

3 months of fun, hands-on experience - rotating between different roles so you can explore and learn every part of e-commerce:

1. Sales / Customer Service
   Reply customers on IG / WhatsApp / Shopee with a friendly, consistent tone
   Provide product recommendations & assist in closing sales
   Update customers on tracking, order status & promotions
   Support after-sales follow-up
2. Content Creation
   Shoot simple videos (product demos, trends, unboxing, BTS)
   Assist with creative ideas & planning social content
   Help during photo/video shoots
   Video editing
3. Fulfillment & Back-End Ops
   Pack daily orders (Shopee, Lazada, Website, IG/WA)
   Prepare gifts sets / campaign bundles
   Stock check, inventory updates & restocking
   Assist with courier coordination & parcel follow-ups
4. General Support
   Support team during product launches & campaigns
   Help maintain an organised office & product area
   Assist with daily operations & ad-hoc tasks
   

Job Requirements

📌 Job Requirements
: Currently studying Marketing, Business, Mass Comm, E-commerce or related fields
: Friendly, positive attitude & willing to learn
: Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines

Able to commit at least 3 months
Able to work at our Puchong office
