Job Description

Main Purpose

To support the marketing team in creating engaging social media content for ATHALIA, including short videos, product content, lifestyle content, and campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation Support
   Assist in creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
2. Video Shooting
   Help shoot short-form videos such as product demos, lifestyle clips, behind-the-scenes content, daily office content, campaign videos, and simple UGC-style content.
3. Basic Video Editing
   Edit simple reels, TikTok videos, story content, and short clips using tools like CapCut, Canva, or other editing apps.
4. Trend Research
   Research current social media trends, viral hooks, content formats, music, and competitor content for inspiration.
5. Content Ideation
   Brainstorm creative content ideas based on product selling points, customer pain points, promotions, and brand campaigns.
6. Social Media Posting Support
   Assist in preparing captions, posting content, arranging content calendars, and uploading stories or reels when needed.
7. Product & Campaign Content
   Support the team in creating product education content, customer review content, launch content, event content, and promotional campaign materials.
8. Behind-the-Scenes Content
   Capture daily brand moments, team culture, packing process, events, photoshoots, office life, and other BTS content.
9. Photo & Visual Support
   Assist in taking simple product photos, lifestyle photos, and visual materials for social media use.
10. Performance Learning
    Learn to observe social media performance such as views, engagement, comments, saves, shares, and content response, then suggest simple improvements.

Job Requirements

• Passionate about social media, beauty, lifestyle, and content creation 
• Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus 
• Basic video shooting and editing skills 
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, or current social media trends 
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn 
• Good sense of aesthetics and detail 
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Responsible and open to feedback
