Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant to help our sales team with daily operations, customer follow-up, IG story posting, and simple merchandise handling (embroidery / handcrafted items). A mix of admin + creative + customer support.

🌟 What You’ll Do

1. IG Story Posting & Simple Content Tasks

  • Post daily IG stories according to brand tone
  • Help film simple behind-the-scenes clips when needed
  • Upload updates, testimonials, promos & announcements
  • Ensure the account stays active and aesthetic
     

2. Merchandise Handling (Small Items)

  • Assist with embroidery / handcrafted merch preparation (charms, tote bags, small items)
  • Coordinate with vendors / embroidery suppliers
  • Receive samples, check quality, organise items
  • Assist in packing small merch items for events or giveaways
     

3. Customer Follow-Up

  • Follow up with customers on WhatsApp/IG
  • Update them on order status, delivery, stock availability
  • Provide friendly and warm customer support
  • Pass important cases to the sales team
     

4. Order Key-In & Sales Support

  • Key in orders accurately into our system
  • Double-check order details before fulfilment
  • Support sales team during high-volume periods
  • Assist in preparing free gifts, vouchers, and packing lists
     

5. General Sales Ops Support

  • Help manage small admin tasks
  • Support the team during live sales, events & launches
  • Coordinate simple logistics (pick-ups, dropping merch, etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Friendly and good at customer communication
  • Enjoys beauty products, lifestyle content and small handcrafted items
  • Has basic aesthetic sense (posting stories that look nice)
  • Able to multitask and support a team
  • Calm & steady during busy sales periods
  • Must be able to speak, read & type Chinese (English is a bonus)
     

📌 Requirements

  • 0–2 years experience in admin/sales support/CS roles
  • Able to post IG stories comfortably
  • Interested in embroidery / simple handcrafted merch
  • Computer literate (WhatsApp, IG, basic sheets)
  • Based in KL & able to work onsite
  • Responsible and reliable
