  Are you energetic, obsessed with futuristic design, and love interacting with people? 2AM is looking for high-energy Sales Staff to join our flagship crew. You will be the face of the brand, acting as an educator and stylist helping casual shoppers and tech enthusiasts discover their perfect fit in our 3D-printed world. You will ensure our store vibe remains as immaculate as a high-end design gallery and help establish 3D footwear as a new daily essential. Your ability to speak English, BM, and Mandarin(not mandatory) will help you connect deeply with Malaysia’s diverse community.

Job Requirements

  Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Consultation: Greet customers, introduce them to the comfort and design of 3D additive manufacturing, and provide expert recommendations on sizing, material care, and styling to close sales.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed personal monthly sales targets set by management.
• Stock & Inventory: Assist with receiving new stock imports from our China manufacturing partners, stock replenishment, inventory counting, and keeping our minimalist display walls immaculate.
• Cashiering: Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately using the cloud-based POS system.
• Store Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and precise aesthetic vibe of the high-end retail floor and stock room.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
• Experience: Fresh graduates and retail newcomers are highly encouraged to apply! Previous experience in fashion, tech gadgets, or footwear retail is a great bonus.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (essential for handling our core customer demographics).
• Attitude: Positive, eager to learn about 3D technology, and a great team player with a vibrant personality that aligns with the 2AM brand.
• Availability: Able to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
