At 2AM, we don’t just sell footwear; we engineer the future of form. We are a technology-led design house transitioning 3D-printed footwear from a premium niche into a household staple. We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Sales Supervisor to lead our retail crew at our brand-new flagship experience center. You will oversee daily store operations, drive the team to smash sales targets, and maintain 2AM’s signature minimalist, gallery-like retail vibe. The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between street culture and advanced technology, connecting seamlessly with our diverse community in English (mandatory), BM (mandatory), and Mandarin (good to have).

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales crew to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets for our ZERO, ONE, and BEYOND series.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily floor operations, including exclusive product "drop" launches, inventory health, cash handling, and maintaining 2AM’s signature visual merchandising standards (including high-spec lighting and centerpiece installations).
• Product & Tech Expertise: Master the narrative behind our 361° lattice technology, additive manufacturing, and architectural silhouettes so you can train the team to articulate these technical advantages to the general public.
• Customer Excellence: Deliver an exceptional, educational in-store experience; handle customer inquiries, custom 3D-sizing fits, or feedback professionally.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance, manage roster shifts, and prepare weekly/monthly sales and stock allocation reports for the HQ Merchandiser.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (SPM holders with strong relevant retail experience are highly welcome).
• Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role (experience in premium fashion, avant-garde streetwear, or tech-lifestyle retail is a massive plus).
• Language Proficiency: Strictly trilingual. Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (to effectively engage with our diverse local and international community).
• Brand Passion: A genuine interest in fashion-tech, futuristic design, and urban culture.
• Availability: Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
