Job Description

As a Full-Time Designer at 2Cool Productions, you will be the creative architect & talent behind our most impactful brand experiences. You aren't just here to support; you will take the lead in the visual development of high-impact product launches, immersive brand activations, and large-scale celebrations.

We are looking for a visionary designer who can translate a strategic brief into cohesive 3D concept and 2D visual languages—from structural spatial design to intricate graphic layouts—that are both visually breathtaking and technically executable. 

3D Designer:

• To create 3D models and event design visuals for brand activations, exhibitions, launches, and installations.
• Produce 3D renderings, scene concepts, booth designs, stage layouts, and visual mock-ups based on creative direction.
• Collaborate closely with the client servicing team to translate ideas into workable spatial designs.
• Refine and adjust designs according to internal feedback to ensure alignment with production or fabrication requirements.
• Conduct visual research, gather references, and assist in design trend studies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• 3D Designer: Familiar with 3ds Max & Adobe Software (AI & PS). 
• 2D Designer: Familiar with Adobe Software, Canva, Google Slide
• Basic interest and understanding of event design, spatial layout, exhibition structures, or stage design.
• Good sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Open to feedback, proactive in communication, and eager to learn event workflow.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a team environment.
