Job Requirements

What You’ll Do

Depending on your expertise and responsibilities assigned, your role may include:

• Serving as a key contact point for clients — understanding objectives, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
• Leading end-to-end project planning and execution — from proposal to post-event evaluation.
• Developing creative and strategic event concepts aligned with client goals.
• Coordinating with internal teams (creative, production, marketing) and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, logistics coordination, documentation, costing, and sourcing.
• Being on-ground during events to ensure seamless operations.
• Tracking project progress and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
