Behind the Scene

We’re seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to lead one high‑impact brand project end‑to‑end. This is a 1‑year contract role, with the possibility of renewal through 2026. You’ll orchestrate app/web development, paid advertising, organic content, O2O initiatives, and creative design—driving strategy, coordinating specialist teams, and ensuring flawless execution. Success means delivering measurable brand growth, hitting lead generation targets, and positioning the project for extension beyond the initial term.

Key Responsibilities
<h5>Strategy &amp; Planning</h5>
<ul>
<li>Develop and implement comprehensive, full-funnel marketing strategies that drive brand growth and support business objectives</li>
<li>Identify and prioritize marketing channels (digital, O2O, content) to maximize in-store traffic and conversions</li>
<li>Create project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment across all workstreams</li>
<li>Research and recommend new approaches to lead generation and customer acquisition</li>
</ul>
<h5>Execution Orchestration &amp; Drive</h5>
<ul>
<li>Drive end-to-end execution of web and app development projects, coordinating with technical teams and pushing deliverables forward</li>
<li>Brief and direct specialist teams on brand assets, messaging, and content requirements to ensure consistency with brand identity</li>
<li>Initiate and oversee marketing campaigns across paid ads, organic content, email, social media, SEO, and SEM—working with execution teams but maintaining ownership of outcomes</li>
<li>Proactively identify bottlenecks, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum across all workstreams</li>
<li>Guide teams on the effective use of AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization</li>
</ul>
<h5>Stakeholder &amp; Team Management</h5>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for internal brand stakeholders, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication channels</li>
<li>Lead cross-departmental collaboration within Operations to ensure unified messaging and seamless project delivery</li>
<li>Coordinate resources across multiple teams, removing blockers and ensuring all project components align</li>
<li>Manage project budgets and communicate cost implications, changes, and trade-offs to stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<h5>Performance &amp; Reporting</h5>
<ul>
<li>Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics, social metrics, and marketing tools</li>
<li>Produce regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization</li>
<li>Monitor project health, identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting strategies to maximize impact</li>
<li>Continuously assess and improve working processes across the project lifecycle</li>
</ul>
