Job Description

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily administrative and office support tasks. 
  • Prepare, process, and maintain quotations, invoices, purchase documents, and related paperwork. 
  • Organize and maintain proper filing systems and company records. 
  • Assist in preparing and submitting application forms and supporting documents.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom professionally. 
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience. 
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

Project & Client Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely updates. 
  • Follow up on project progress and customer requests. 
  • Communicate project status and updates to customers when required. 
  • Ensure customer issues and concerns are addressed promptly.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. 
  • Track quotations, sales activities, and project follow-ups. 
  • Prepare basic reports and updates as required by management.

Other Duties

  • Support showroom operations and daily business activities. 
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Prior experience in administration, customer service, retail sales, or showroom sales is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong customer service mindset and sales orientation. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Good organizational and documentation skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. 
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.

Working Hours
