We are looking for a reliable and organized Storekeeper to support daily warehouse operations and ensure accurate inventory control. 

我们正在寻找一位可靠、有条理的仓库管理员，以支持日常仓库运营，并确保库存的准确管理。

Responsibilities / 岗位职责： 

1. Assist in receiving, checking, shelving, and dispatching materials; maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure items are well-organized and properly labeled.
   协助物资的接收、检查、上架与发货；保持仓库整洁，确保物品摆放有序、标签清晰。
    
2. Verify the quantity and type of goods; promptly report any discrepancies or issues.
   核实货物的数量和种类，及时报告任何差异或问题。
    
3. Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory recording and reporting.
   定期进行库存盘点，并协助库存记录和报告的编制。
    
4. Strictly follow warehouse in/out procedures; do not move items without approval.
   严格遵守仓库出入库流程，未经批准不得随意移动物品。
    
5. Support tasks such as shelf organization, packaging, and label printing.
   协助完成货架整理、包装、标签打印等相关工作。

Job Requirements

•  Must be able to read and communicate in basic Chinese (Mandarin) for handling product labels and internal coordination.
  能够阅读并使用基础中文（普通话）进行沟通，以便处理产品标签及内部协调工作。
  
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or stock management, preferably in interior design, renovation, or construction industry.
  拥有1–2年仓库或库存管理相关工作经验，具有室内设计、装修或建筑行业经验者优先。
   
• Basic knowledge of building materials, hardware, lighting, or furniture components is a strong advantage.
  具备建筑材料、五金、灯具或家具配件的基本知识者优先考虑。
   
• Able to accurately identify and label various types of stock (e.g., wood panels, hinges, lighting, fittings, etc.).
  能够准确识别和标记各类库存物品（例如：木板、铰链、灯具、配件等）。
   
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining a clean and orderly storage area.
  具备良好的组织能力和细致的工作态度，能保持仓库区域的整洁有序。
   
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading of materials when needed.
  身体健康，能在需要时进行物资的搬运、装卸工作。
   
• Familiar with basic stock recording (manual or system-based); able to do simple paperwork and documentation.
  熟悉基本的库存记录方式（无论是手工记录还是系统操作），能进行简单的文书处理和记录。
   
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  工作负责、守时，能够在最少监督下独立完成工作。
   
• Willing to cooperate with site teams and support project material deliveries when required.
  愿意配合工地团队工作，必要时支持项目材料的配送任务。
