BLU341 is a startup ecommerce brand creating premium luggage protection products for RIMOWA owners worldwide. Our products are designed to help customers protect, personalise, and travel confidently with their luggage.
We are building a modern global travel brand from Kuala Lumpur, with customers across the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Singapore, UAE, and other international markets. (Originally started in Melbourne, Australia)
We are looking for an Ecommerce Brand Designer to help shape the visual direction of BLU341 across social media, website, ads, email, product launches, and brand campaigns.
As our Ecommerce Brand Designer, you will help make BLU341 look more premium, consistent, polished, and desirable across all customer touchpoints.
This role is ideal for someone with strong visual taste, a modern design eye, and an interest in fashion, travel, luxury, ecommerce, and social media content.
You will work closely with the founder, marketing team, content team, and customer support team to create designs that not only look good, but also help customers understand our products and feel confident buying from BLU341.
Design visual assets for BLU341 across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, email, ads, and product launches.
Create ecommerce-focused graphics such as website banners, product education graphics, comparison graphics, campaign visuals, social media carousels, email banners, ad creatives, and launch materials.
Help develop and maintain BLU341’s visual style so the brand feels premium, modern, clean, stylish, and consistent.
Create graphics that explain our products clearly, including fit guides, material comparisons, product benefits, sizing support, and customer education.
Support marketing campaigns, creator campaigns, new product launches, travel season campaigns, and promotional activities.
Work with photo and video content to create polished layouts, thumbnails, story graphics, reel covers, and social content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to turn customer questions, reviews, UGC, and product features into useful content.
Help organise brand assets, design templates, product images, fonts, colours, and creative references.
Stay updated with visual trends in travel, fashion, luxury, ecommerce, social media, and premium lifestyle brands.
Strong portfolio with modern, clean, stylish design work.
Good sense of typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to make ecommerce and social content look premium, not cheap or overly cluttered.
Experience designing for social media, ecommerce, ads, websites, email, or product-focused brands.
Strong taste in fashion, travel, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is a plus.
Comfortable using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Able to work quickly while still maintaining good design standards.
Good attention to detail.
Willing to learn the BLU341 brand, our products, our customers, and how design supports sales.
Able to take feedback and improve designs based on brand direction and business goals.
Experience with Shopify brands or ecommerce businesses.
Experience designing Meta ads, Google display creatives, Instagram carousels, email banners, or landing page graphics.
Interest in travel, luggage, fashion, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands.
Basic photo editing or video editing skills.
Experience building brand guidelines, templates, or design systems.
BLU341’s social media, website, ads, and email designs become more premium and consistent.
Customers can better understand our products through clear product education graphics.
Marketing campaigns and launches look more polished and professional.
The brand feels more global, stylish, and trustworthy.
The team has reusable design templates and a stronger visual system.
Start Date: Around Mid July 2026 (our office is currently in renovation)
