BLU341 is a startup ecommerce brand creating premium luggage protection products for RIMOWA owners worldwide.

Our products help customers protect, personalise, and travel confidently with their luggage.

Originally started in Melbourne, Australia, BLU341 is now building a modern global travel brand from Kuala Lumpur, with customers across the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, Singapore, UAE, and other international markets.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer (eCommerce) to help shape the visual direction of BLU341 across social media, website, ads, email, product launches, and brand campaigns.

About the Role

As our Brand Designer, you will help make BLU341 look more premium, consistent, polished, and desirable across all customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with:

• Strong visual taste
• A modern design eye
• Interest in fashion, travel, luxury, ecommerce, and social media content
• Ability to design content that looks good and also helps customers understand our products

You will work closely with the founder, marketing team, content team, and customer support team to create designs that support the brand, improve customer trust, and help BLU341 grow globally.

A Note About Working With Us

BLU341 is still a startup and we are a small, growing team. This means things are not always fully set in stone yet, and the role may continue to evolve as the brand grows.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a hands-on environment, open to learning, and willing to help build systems, templates, and processes from the ground up.

This is a good fit for someone who wants to be part of an early-stage team, contribute ideas, take ownership, and help shape the visual direction of a growing global ecommerce brand.

Job Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

• Design social media graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
• Create ecommerce graphics such as website banners, product education graphics, comparison graphics, and campaign visuals
• Design email banners, ad creatives, launch graphics, reel covers, story graphics, and product-related content
• Help improve BLU341’s overall visual style so the brand feels premium, modern, clean, and consistent
• Turn product features, customer questions, reviews, and UGC into clear and useful visual content
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, creator campaigns, and seasonal travel campaigns
• Work with photos and videos to create polished layouts, thumbnails, and content assets
• Help build reusable design templates for social media, ads, email, and website content
• Organise brand assets, design references, fonts, colours, product images, and creative files
• Stay updated with design trends in travel, fashion, luxury, ecommerce, and social media
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of design experience preferred
• Strong portfolio with modern, clean, stylish design work
• Good sense of typography, layout, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to make designs look premium, not cheap or overly cluttered
• Experience designing for social media, ecommerce, ads, websites, or email
• Comfortable using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
• Able to work quickly while still maintaining good design standards
• Good attention to detail
• Open to feedback and able to improve designs based on brand direction
• Interest in fashion, travel, luxury, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands is a plus

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify or ecommerce brands
• Experience designing Meta ads, Instagram carousels, email banners, or landing page graphics
• Basic photo editing or video editing skills
• Experience creating brand guidelines, templates, or design systems
• Interest in travel, luggage, fashion, and premium lifestyle brands

• Customers can better understand our products through clear visual content
• Product launches and marketing campaigns look polished and professional
• The brand feels more global, stylish, and trustworthy
• The team has reusable templates and a stronger visual system

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in Kuala Lumpur.

You will work from our office at The MET, KL Metropolis for 3 days per week and work from home for 2 days per week.

Office days are important for team collaboration, product discussions, campaign planning, and creative work.
