Role Description:

We are looking for project managers to join our growing team! Our project managers play a pivotal role in our agency’s operations to deliver top-tier design and development work and build long-term partnerships with our clients. As part of our team, you would be involved in the entire lifecycle of a project, and be responsible for helping our designers and developers stay focused on what enables our projects to be delivered successfully and on time. You will spend most of your time serving as our internal “air traffic control,” understanding our clients’ business needs, and advocating for them internally with our design and development teams. 

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate between client and internal design and development teams to establish a clear understanding of deliverables, timelines, and schedules, while arranging regular touchpoints for reviewing progress and maintaining project alignment.
• Organise and participate in regular client touchpoints, diligently capture action items, and effectively communicate updates to the team to ensure streamlined project execution and alignment across stakeholders
• Own task management within Asana, monitor milestones, and foster seamless collaboration between internal and client teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of project objectives
• Cultivate strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, proactively address inquiries, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional service to enhance satisfaction in the service of long-term business partnerships.
• Acquire and utilise basic proficiency in Shopify platform, web design, and development fundamentals to effectively translate client requests and facilitate clear communication between client and internal teams, ensuring accurate implementation of project requirements.
• Expedite the gathering of client input to support design and development milestones, confirm its accuracy, and systematically organise the information for easy access and use by designers and developers, enabling seamless project progression.
• Proactively identify potential risks, stay ahead of deadlines, and continuously communicate concerns to team members, fostering a collaborative environment for timely issue resolution and project success
• Maintain rigorous organisation across all projects through disciplined time management, structured task planning, orderly file and documentation systems, and clear, logical thinking that enables teams to execute efficiently.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Job Requirements

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications & Skills):

• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale projects from end to end, within an agency setting
• Prior experience managing web design and development projects a plus
• Proactive self-starter who’s hungry and eager to learn
• High ownership and accountability for project outcomes
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• Comfortable working with collaboration tools and communication platforms (Slack, Google Suite, Asana, etc.)
• Hungry and open to learning, willing to adapt to and improve existing processes
