Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly reports for management review.
- Maintain proper and organised accounting records in compliance with MFRS.
- Handle SST preparation and submission.
- Liaise with outsource auditor, company secretary and tax agents.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments & collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budget and cash flow forecast.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and workflows.
- Perform financial ratio analysis, cash flow analysis, and trend analysis to assess business health.
- Review client’s financial documents to identify financial issues, irregularities.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA part-qualified / finalist preferred (study support can be provided).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling full-set accounts.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB) and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MFRS and SST requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
