Job Description

  • Salesforce data entry and LoanApp management
  • Create leads and convert to opportunities
  • Submit application to funder
  • Sent credit guides if applicable
  • Management of valuation report
  • Order valuation
  • Generate credit reports and complete title search
  • Management of progress draws
  • Complete KYC – IDyou or IDkit
  • Complete application forms and sending for signatures
  • Complete funding table and servicing calculator
  • Draft credit proposal for credit assessment
  • Credit assessment – assessing applications prior to submission to the credit analyst for review
  • Review credit limits in line with 360MMS policies and procedures
  • Recommend for approval/decline
  • Complete cover sheets
  • Dealing with underwriter MIR and queries
  • Issue formal approval or decline letter
  • Assist with Pre & Post settlement enquiries

Job Requirements

Required skills/experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of any related finance or credit experience
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines effectively for fast-paced work environment, with varying degrees of supervision
  • Attention to detail and ability to notice discrepancies in data
  • Understanding of the credit policy
  • Problem-solving, mathematical, comprehension and analytical skills
