The group supports brokers and business partners across Australia through structured finance solutions and consistent marketing communication.

Role Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities across Mortgage and Asset Finance businesses within 360MMS Group.

This role is highly execution-focused and requires the ability to produce marketing content and materials efficiently across multiple digital channels, following clear briefs and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (EDM)

• Create, design, and distribute EDM campaigns for:
• Mortgage & Home Loans (Conventional & Islamic)
• Asset Finance (Conventional & Islamic)
• Write and edit marketing copy suitable for financial services
• Design EDM layouts and visuals
• Manage mailing lists, scheduling, and campaign execution
• Use Salesforce for EDM delivery (training provided if required)

Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Create and schedule content across:
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Support marketing activities for both Mortgage and Asset Finance brands
• Adapt content formats and tone for each platform
• Design social media visuals using Canva

Marketing Design & Collateral

• Design marketing materials using Canva, including
• Flyers
• Posters
• Digital advertisements
• Prepare PowerPoint (PPT) materials for internal and external use
• Update and customise existing marketing assets as required
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials

Ad-hoc Marketing Support

• Respond promptly to marketing requests and campaign needs
• Revise content and visuals based on feedback
• Support short-term campaigns and ongoing marketing initiatives
   

Job Requirements

Essential

• 1–3 years experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Strong English written communication skills
• Ability to produce clear, professional marketing copy
• Proficient in Canva
• Familiar with EDM, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and execution-focused
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. GPT) for content drafting

Preferred

• Experience with EDM platforms or Salesforce
• Exposure to finance, mortgage, or asset finance industries
• Experience in B2B or broker-focused marketing environments
