3cat.my is Malaysia’s trusted second-hand Apple device retailer. We ensure every order is processed accurately, fulfilled on time, and shipped nationwide — while also improving our generative AI chatbot that supports thousands of customers daily.

Your Role

You will be placed at the intersection of Operations Management, Coordination, and AI Automation. You will be given ownership of real projects that impact how our business runs. 

Main Responsibilities

• Building Automations: You will design and implement workflows using low-code/no-code orchestration tools to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• AI Integration: You will experiment with LLMs and AI agents to solve business problems (e.g., customer service triage, data entry automation, inventory prediction).
• Operations Coordination: You will analyze our current operational bottlenecks and propose tech-driven solutions to fix them.
• Database Management: You will help manage and structure data flows between our frontend, backend, and third-party apps.

Job Requirements

•  Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail, ecommerce, operations, or customer service. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply!
• Tech-Curious & Adaptable: You don't need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable learning new software, basic automation concepts, and how to train AI tools.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable picking up the phone to call stores and typing professional responses to customers.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors when updating website prices.
• Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet and resolve minor operational hiccups quickly.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across the ecommerce and retail teams.
