Job Description

As a Hybrid Content Creator Intern, you will support the creative and content team in producing engaging, on-brand content across digital channels. 

This role is ideal for a creative self-starter who enjoys storytelling, social media, and experimenting with new content formats. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content strategy, production, scheduling, and analytics in a collaborative hybrid environment.

Job Requirements

What You'll Be Working On

• Create engaging content for social media platforms
• Assist in ideating, planning, and maintaining content calendars
• Experiment with AI tools to generate static visuals and AI-assisted video footage for social media and campaigns
• Develop and refine prompts to produce high-quality AI-generated images and video outputs
• Schedule social media posts using scheduling tools
• Write captions, short scripts, and basic copy aligned with brand voice
• Edit short-form videos and reels, combining real footage with AI-generated elements where appropriate
• Support photoshoots, video shoots, and behind-the-scenes content (when on-site)
• Monitor content performance and assist with basic analytics and reporting
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools for content creation
   

What We’re Looking For

• ⁠Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
• Strong interest in automotive and lifestyle brands
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
• Strong interest in content creation, social media, and digital marketing
• High curiosity and willingness to experiment with AI tools and new creative workflows
• Basic skills in content design and/or video editing
• Familiarity with social media platforms and posting best practices
• Ability to think creatively and iterate quickly based on feedback and performance
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Willingness to attend on-site shoots when required
• Portfolio or sample work (personal, academic, or AI-generated projects accepted)
• Basic photography or videography skills
