Job Description

 Tasks & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. 
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs, concerns, or issues promptly. 
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Job Requirements

 Qualifications & experience

  • Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills in BM & English. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
