57Network is looking for a Cybersecurity and Operations Intern to support cybersecurity administration, customer support documentation, tool testing, reporting, and secure ways of working.

This role is suitable for students who are interested in cybersecurity, IT support, digital tools, documentation, operations, and process improvement.

Malaysian final-year students are preferred.

What You’ll Do

You may support the team in:

• Cybersecurity documentation, checklists, and tracking
• Basic customer cybersecurity or operational health snapshot preparation
• Technical support documentation and issue tracking
• Bitdefender or cybersecurity-related support documentation
• Access, account, and permission review support where authorised
• Basic security and operational risk tracking
• Tool testing, research, and comparison reporting
• Cybersecurity awareness materials or support guides
• SOPs, checklists, and workflow documentation
• Customer or project support activities under supervision

Job Requirements

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has interest in cybersecurity, IT support, systems, or digital work management
• Has good attention to detail
• Can document work clearly
• Communicates responsibly in a remote work environment (WFH)
• Handles information, access, and confidential matters with integrity
• Is willing to learn and ask questions early
• Is comfortable testing tools and preparing simple reports
• Has basic understanding of IT, cybersecurity, cloud tools, or workflow systems
