As an intern, you’ll be involved in real projects, internal processes and product documentation — learning how a fast-moving tech company operates from the inside.

 What You Will Do

Project Management & Coordination

  • Help plan, track and update project tasks using Notion, Google Workspace, and internal tools.
     
  • Prepare simple timelines, checklists, and documentation for ongoing projects.
     
  • Assist in organising project workflows between product, engineering and operations teams.
     
  • Ensure information is captured, updated and shared clearly across the team.
     

Business & Market Research

  • Conduct basic research on industries, competitors and market trends.
     
  • Summarise findings into simple reports or slide decks for internal use.
     
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to help draft documents, summarise content or improve clarity.
     

Operations & Process Improvement

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks such as preparing internal SOPs, onboarding documents and process maps.
     
  • Assist in building simple dashboards or spreadsheets (KPI trackers, status updates, basic reports).
     
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI or automation tools.

Job Requirements

Essential

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Management, Data/Analytics, Communications, or similar.
  • Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
  • Strong organisational skills: structured, reliable, detail-oriented.
  • Clear communication and good summarisation skills.
  • Curious, proactive, willing to learn quickly and try new tools.
     

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Experience with Notion databases, templates or workspaces.
  • Basic Excel/Sheets skills (sorting, simple formulas).
  • Interest in tech, AI, automation or workflow optimisation.
