As an intern, you’ll be involved in real projects, internal processes and product documentation — learning how a fast-moving tech company operates from the inside.
What You Will Do
Project Management & Coordination
- Help plan, track and update project tasks using Notion, Google Workspace, and internal tools.
- Prepare simple timelines, checklists, and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Assist in organising project workflows between product, engineering and operations teams.
- Ensure information is captured, updated and shared clearly across the team.
Business & Market Research
- Conduct basic research on industries, competitors and market trends.
- Summarise findings into simple reports or slide decks for internal use.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to help draft documents, summarise content or improve clarity.
Operations & Process Improvement
- Support day-to-day operational tasks such as preparing internal SOPs, onboarding documents and process maps.
- Assist in building simple dashboards or spreadsheets (KPI trackers, status updates, basic reports).
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI or automation tools.
