About the Role:Join a dynamic fashion e-commerce team where the Buyer/Associate Buyer plays a pivotal role in planning, selecting, and purchasing merchandise that resonates with customers and aligns with our brand vision. This full-cycle role involves deep market research, trend analysis, vendor relationship management, pricing strategy, and inventory oversight to ensure the optimal product mix and maximize sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct continuous market trend monitoring and social media analysis to identify emerging styles and customer preferences.
  • Curate product assortments informed by data analytics, trend insights, and competitor research.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies by analyzing competitor prices, margins, and sales data to optimize profitability.
  • Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations, vendor evaluation, and supplier sourcing.
  • Oversee inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure product availability to prevent stockouts or excess inventory in the dropship context.
  • Lead product merchandising and listing quality control, collaborating with product lister teams to maintain brand standards and product accuracy.
  • Analyze sales performance reports to track SKU success, identify underperforming products, and adjust product assortment accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to align buying strategies with promotional calendars and market demand.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Buyer in fashion e-commerce, with previous fashion industry exposure beyond entry-level roles.
  • Proven skills in vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong market research, data analytics, and merchandising abilities.
  • Solid organizational and decision-making skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with major fashion e-commerce brands or retailers (e.g., Forever 21, H&M, Padini) is highly advantageous.
  • Familiar with relevant software tools and merchandising platforms.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience with iconic e-commerce fashion brands (e.g., Forever 21, Zalora, H&M, Padini, or similar).
  • Deep understanding of both local and global trends .
